Each GVSU major was represented at the event. Alumni were able to share first-hand information about job duties, employment prospects, and how to best prepare for a career path. The event also provided an excellent opportunity for graduates to reconnect with former professors and network with fellow alumni. Grand Valley Has a New Image Campaign

Grand Valley Has a New Image Campaign

West Michigan, Detroit, and Chicago are getting a new look at Grand Valley through an image campaign that began October 5. Because of the increasingly competitive higher education market in West Michigan and a decreasing college-age population in Michigan as a whole, Grand Valley is touting the value of our rich educational experience with an integration of TV, radio, bus, billboard, print, and online ads. These are all good for awareness but research tells us that the most trusted source of information is word-of-mouth. Check out how you can be a GRAND ambassador for GVSU and give feedback on the campaign: http://www.gvsu.edu/identity/index.cfm?id=83719382-BBA2-9A63-35B2472F5AE149C0
